Meet the face
behind the posts

Hey! My name is Nicole. I'm a 21-year-old stay-at-home mum to two gorgeous little girls, Jasmine (3) and Rosie (1). I have a genuine passion for connecting with mothers like myself. There’s no doubting the fact that children change your life in so many different ways. All of a sudden, our lives aren’t about us anymore, we sacrifice so much for our babies and put a lot of our own lives on pause.

Since sharing parts of my life online, many fellow mothers of all ages and stages have reached out to me, which has led me here. I’ve experienced first-hand the incredible pressure and influence the media can have on our lives, how we choose to live, and how we present ourselves every day. That’s why I wanted to create a platform to show more of the real, raw parts of living, and to connect with people who want to share their own stories too. I’ve left comment sections around the site for anyone who wants to offer their experiences and advice, because this space is meant to feel like a community, not just a blog.

Beyond motherhood, this blog is also where I share my journey of exploring holistic living, trying out nourishing recipes, embracing a wellness lifestyle, and learning more about mindful parenting. These are things I’m deeply passionate about, and I believe that when we care for ourselves, body, mind, and soul, we can show up even stronger for our little ones.

Motherhood isn’t always picture-perfect, and that’s exactly what I want this space to reflect: the beautiful moments, the messy moments, and everything in between. My hope is that this little corner of the internet becomes a place where we can lift each other up, celebrate the small wins, and remind ourselves that we are doing enough, even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.

So whether you’re here for inspiration, community, or practical tips on living a more balanced and intentional life, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Let’s walk this journey together, one day at a time.
