And why I'm never buying cereal again!

Honestly, I’d never even considered it until about a year ago, when my eldest turned two. What surprised me most was how much it changed our breakfasts. By cutting out cereals and those so-called “kids’ yogurts” (which, as I later learned, aren’t even proper yogurt), I ended up halfing my breakfast budget on our weekly food budget.
Some might say that natural yogurt first thing in the morning is a little boring - but stay with me. Scooping a few spoonfuls into a cute bowl is not only one of the quickest breakfasts you can make, it’s also one of the most versatile. Think about when you buy your favourite box of cereal: you’re stuck eating the same processed flavours, with almost no real health benefits, day after day until the box runs out.
