Most “butter” at the store isn’t really butter.It’s stretched, processed, and packed with things you can’t pronounce. So I stopped buying it. Instead, I poured double cream into a mixer and made real butter in minutes.


What You Actually Need

  • Double or heavey cream

  • A mixer (stand or hand)

  • 3–5 minutes

That’s the entire ingredient list.


Here’s What Happens

Turn the mixer on high.

First: whipped cream.Then: it breaks.Then: solid butter separates from liquid like magic.

The liquid is buttermilk. The solid? Real butter.


Finish It Properly

  • Drain the buttermilk

  • Rinse the butter with cold water

  • Add salt if you want

Done.


Why Store Butter Is the Scam

  • Preservatives

  • Added fillers

  • Overpriced for what it is

This costs less, tastes better, and takes less time than a grocery run.
