Your going to want to write this one does somewhere special...

There’s something deeply comforting about baking your own bread, especially when it’s as easy and forgiving as these soft homemade bread rolls. This recipe is perfect for beginners and busy bakers alike, using simple pantry ingredients and a long, slow rise to develop great flavor. Whether you enjoy them warm with butter or as sandwich rolls, these are a staple you’ll come back to again and again.
Ingredients
2 cups warm water
1 packet (or 2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1½ teaspoons salt
2 large eggs
About 3 cups flour (plus extra for dusting)
Instructions
Activate the yeast : In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and maple syrup. Stir gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes, until foamy.
Make the dough : Add the salt and eggs to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in the flour, one cup at a time, until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
First rise : Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 4 hours, or place it in the fridge and let it rise overnight for deeper flavor.
Shape the rolls : Lightly dust a clean surface with flour. Turn out the dough and gently divide it into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into your desired shape and place on a floured or parchment-lined baking tray.
Second rise : Cover the shaped rolls and let them rise again for 1 hour, until puffy.
Bake : Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 30 minutes, or until golden on top and lightly crisp on the outside.
Cool & enjoy : Let the rolls cool slightly before serving - if you can wait!
